Throughout the year many students spend time with us to get a taste of working life and to gain valuable insights into the different occupational fields at the Stuttgart Technology Center.

You will learn to put the theory you have studied at the university into practice and to improve your teamwork skills.

Requirements and conditions
  • When applying for a position please always enter the specific Job ID in your application.
  • A copy of the university study regulations (Studienordnung) is required.
  • Active student status is a prerequisite, therefore you need to provide a valid University registration certificate for an internship during your studies.
  • It is only possible to be employed as a working student for as long as you can show that you still have examinations to complete. Working hours are between 7 and 19 hours per week.
  • A compulsory internship normally takes 6 months at STC.
General remarks regarding internships in Germany
  • Applicants from within the European Economic Area ("EWR") need a valid identification card or passport.
  • Applicants from outside the European Economic Area ("EWR") need a residence permit and, if applicable, a work permit.
